Nashville-based singer Mandy Barnett has a long and eclectic resume. Starting on Music Row, she later channeled Patsy Cline in a theatrical musical. She was signed to Sire Records by Seymour Stein and worked with power pop-centric producer Andy Paley. Barnett is releasing her first new album in five years, titled ‘Strange Conversation,’ on the Thirty Tigers record label. The album was recorded in Muscle Shoals and features a duet with John Hiatt.
